Supporting YOUR Business is OUR Main Priority

If something goes wrong with your computer system it can seriously affect your business. You need the problem fixed quickly. Not doing so costs time and money.

The type and level of support that you require will vary depending on a number of factors; the number of PCs and users that you have, your reliance on computers to run your business, the level of internal IT expertise that you have within the company.

Typically though you want to focus on running your business and would rather leave the computer problems to someone else to sort out.

From a 'How do I do...?' to 'We're not getting email' to 'Where's the best place to get....?' to 'Our server has crashed and we've lost all of our data' - That's where we can help.

Support Options

Option 1 - Standard Support - 'Pay as you Go'

With our basic PAYG support you simply pay a 'by the hour' for all telephone, email and remote support, as well as for site visits. All work is charged at our standard rates.

Option 2 - Retainer-based 'Pay as you Go'

By paying a small monthly retainer you also benefit from discounted support rates, as well as the installation of our proactive Advanced Monitoring Agent on one 'critical' machine - typically your server or a key PC.

Option 3 - Contract based

You pay a fixed monthly fee based on the number of PCs and Servers to be supported. This fee covers all telephone, email and remote support. It also includes the installation of our proactive Advanced Monitoring Agent on one 'critical' machine..

A charge is made for time on site, either for support problems or for project or installation work. However as a contract customer you receive a significant discount from our standard rates.

Flexibility

There is a variety of mix and match bolt-ons available to these options based on your exact requirements, such as the inclusion of regular site visits or additional installations of our Advanced Monitoring Agent
